Doug Finley

Senator Finely is a representative of the Conservative party, serving the designation of Ontario South Coast.   Born in the United Kingdom, Mr. Finley and his wife Diane reside in Simcoe, Ontario. He has had a successful career in various industries including aviation, agriculture and energy.

Senator Finley has been active in Canadian politics, including his service as Director of Political Operations for the Conservative Party of Canada. He also served as National Campaign Director. Please pray that the motives behind any decision would not feed selfish ambition, but will be for the good of the whole nation.

Joyce Fairbairn

Senator Fairbairn is a representative of the Liberal party, serving the designation of Lethbridge, Alberta. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Alberta, as well as a Bachelor of Journalism degree from Carleton University. She has a distinguished career in journalism and a Legislative Assistant to former Primer Minister Pierre Trudeau. She has served as Vice-Chair of the National Liberal Caucus and Vice-Chair of the Western and Northern Liberal caucus.

She  has served as Chair for the “Friends of the Paralympics”, a group she founded to raise money for the Canadian Paralympic Committee. Please pray that there would be a culture of co-operation and honour within all parties.

Art Eggleton

Senator Eggleton is a representative of the Liberal party, serving the designation of Ontario.  He was born, raised, and educated in Toronto where he worked as an accountant before being elected to City Council in where  he served 22 years. He also served as City Budget Chief, and later served as Mayor of Toronto, the longest serving Mayor in the City’s history.

In addition, he served on the Metropolitan Toronto Police Commission, the Board of the Canadian National Exhibition, and numerous committees and task forces dealing with community issues. He also received Toronto’s highest honour, the Civic Award of Merit, in 1992. He also served 11 years in the House of Commons. Senator Eggleton currently sits as the Deputy Chair of the Senate committee for Social Affairs, Science and Technology, as well as a member of the Transport and Communications Senate committee.

Please pray that he be known for his integrity and courage, to stand up for what is right.

Nicole Eaton

Senator Eaton is a representative of the Conservative party, serving the designation of Ontario. She has devoted much of her life to serving her community in varying degrees through her participation and leadership in a number of charitable organizations, foundations and the arts. Presently she is Director and Vice-Chair of St. Michael’s Hospital Foundation, Director and Vice-Chair of the National Ballet of Canada and Chair of the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies.

Senator Eaton is a member of two Senate Standing Committees (Agriculture and Forestry; Social Affairs, Science and Technology), and one Standing Joint Committee (Library of Parliament). Please pray that the motives behind any decision, would not feed selfish ambition, but will be for the good of th whole nation.

Lillian Eva Dyck

Senator Dyck is a representative of the Liberal party, serving the designation of Saskatchewan. She is a member of the Gordon First Nation in Saskatchewan and is well-known as an advocate for women and Aboriginals and is a leading figure and role model in Canada’s  scientific community.

Senator Dyck has retired from University of Saskatchewan, where she was a Full Professor in the Neuropsychiatry Research Unit, Department of Psychiatry and Associate Dean at the College of Graduate Studies & Research.

She currently sits on the Aboriginal Peoples  Social Affairs committee, as well as the Science and Technology. Please pray that there would be a culture of co-operation and honour within all parties.

Pierre-Luc Dussault

Mr. Dussault is a newly elected member of the NDP party, serving the constituency of Sherbrooke, Québec. He is a student of applied politics at Université de Sherbrooke. He received a college diploma in social studies specializing in international relations from the Cégep de Sherbrooke.

He is the Chair of the Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics Committee. He addition, he also sits on a number of other governmental committees. Please pray the he receive wise and Godly counselors to help him in reaching his full potential.
