Lois Brown

Ms.  Brown is a member of the Conservative party, serving the constituency of Newmarket-Aurora, since 2008.  Prior to her election, she was the vice president of a disability management company, which she co-founded with her husband.
She  was a public appointee to a governing board of health care professionals from 2001 to 2003 during which time she was elected Vice-Chair. Also, she is  an accomplished musician and holds an ARCT degree, from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto.  She  and her husband Kelvin reside in Newmarket and have two grown daughters.

She is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of International Cooperation. In addition she is a member of the Foriegn Affairs and International Development. In addition, she also serves as an associate member on a number of other governmental committees.

Please pray that she pursue meaningful time with her family, which brings stability at home and at work.

Gordon Brown

Mr. Brown is a member of the Conservative party, serving the constituency of Leeds-Grenville, Ontario since 2004. He was born in Toronto, and  graduated from Gananoque Secondary School and Carleton University – B.A. (Hons) – Political Science. He is CEO of the 1000 Island’s largest food service and accommodation business that employs over 120 people. Prior to federal politics Brown was a town councillor in Gananoque, Ontario; President of the 1000 Islands-Gananoque Chamber of Commerce and Chair of the St. Lawrence Parks Commission.

He serves as a member of the Heritage Committee, in addition, he also serves as an associate member on a number of other governmental committees, such as the Status of Women committee & Veterans Affairs.

Please pray that he would fully develop in his role and in doing so,  foster a culture of co-operation and honour within all parties.

Ruth Ellen Brosseau

Ms. Brosseau is a member of the NDP party, serving the constituency of Berthier–Maskinongé in central Quebec. She is a native of Hudson, a town near Montreal, and has a ten-year-old son. Prior to entering politics she studied advertising and integrated marketing at St. Lawrence College in Kingston. She has also worked with the public, as the assistant manager of a restaurant, and has been an animal welfare activist in her community.

She currently serves as a  member of the Agriculture and Agri Food Committee, she is also an associate member of the Fiance committee.

Please pray that she receive wise and Godly counsel that will help her in reaching her full potential.

Scott Brison

Mr. Brison is a member of the Liberal party, serving the constituency of Kings-Hants, Nova Scotia since 1997. He was born in Windsor, Nova Scotia, he graduated from Dalhousie University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance. He has also completed the Global Leadership and Public Policy for the 21st Century Executive Education program at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.

Mr. Brison has had extensive private sector experience as an entrepreneur and investment banker. He currently serves as the Liberal Party Critic for Finance and National Revenue. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on Finance. In addition, Mr. Brison is an associate member of a number of other parliamentary committees.

Please pray that he be encouraged to live a lifestyle that promotes good health and endurance.

Garry Breitkreuz

Mr. Breitkreuz is a member of the Conservative party, serving the constituency of Yorkton-Melville, Saskatchewan since 1997. He was raised on a farm near Springside, Saskatchewan. His high  school education was completed in Yorkton, following which he pursued six years of post-secondary  education, including a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of  Saskatchewan. Prior to entering politics,  he taught for twenty-four years. He and his wife Lydia,have four grown children and eleven  grandchildren.

He currently serves a member and Vice-Chair of the Scrutiny of Regulations committee. In addition, he also serves as a member and associate member on a number of other governmental committees.

Please pray that he be known for his integrity and courage to stand up for what is right.

Peter Braid

The Mr. Braid is a Conservative Member of Parliament representing the constituency of Kitchener-Waterloo since 2008. His background includes diverse experiences in business, government and the community. He has worked at the Immigration and Refugee Board, and was a Director of Operations at Sun Life Financial to name a few. He and his wife Annette have two daughters 7 reside in Waterloo.

He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Government Operations and estimates committee. Ina addition he serves as a member and associate member on a number of other governmental committees.

Please pray the he would grow in his political sphere and that he would be encouraged to live a lifestyle that promotes good health and endurance.

Tarik Brahmi

Mr. Brahmi is newly elected member of the NDP party, serving the constituency of Saint-John Quebec. He was born in Lyon, France. Prior to entering politics, he was employed as a consultant, engineer, environmentalist, public servant and senior interviewer. He graduated from the University of Montpellier, with a degree in Microelectronics. He has worked as an engineer in both France and Quebec.

He is a member of the National Defence Committee, as well as an associate member of  Finance Committee.Please pray that he receive wise and Godly counsel to help him in reaching his full potential.
